ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to receive items from the Pantry, you need to be currently receiving any type of government assistance. Please bring proof of residency in Medina County​ and the type of aid you are​ receiving. We ask every family to donate $4.00. There are no other costs.
The categori​es for assistance ​or aid are as follows:
- Cash Assistance
- Disability
- Food St​amps (SNAP)
- Medicaid
- Medical Leave
- Residency
- Section 8 Housing
- Social Security
- Unemployment
- Half-way/ recovery houses
If you have not yet been able to establish any of the above, we will still be happy to serve you the first month. We simply ask that you bring documentation should you return the following month. If you are receiving income from other sources, that may affect your eligibility. For example, if you are receiving Social Security, but also receiving a pension or income from other retirement accounts, you may not be eligible to receive Pantry assistance also.
